Alii Luau The Alii Luau recreates the royal ceremony of an ancient luau – including the traditional custom of roasting a pig in an “imu,” the Hawaiian word for fire pit. Guests receive a complimentary orchid lei upon arrival, enjoy native song and dance, and then dine on a delectable island menu featuring such specialties as Kalua Pork and Island Fish Steamed with Ginger and Garlic.

Torch Lighting & Hula Dance Interested in celebrating Hawaiian culture in the evening on the beautiful beaches of Waikiki? Kuhio Beach offers a torch lighting ceremony and hula dance performances several nights a week (depending on the weather) at the Kuhio Beach Hula Mound.
